While being interrogated for the killing of Burmese and Bolivian mobsters (which was once carried out by Barry), Chechen mob chief NoHo Hank directs police away from Barry and points them at Fuches, who was pictured at the monastery where the shooting took place.
Ever the well-meaning showman, however, NoHo Hank does not at once determine him as Fuches. Instead, he fabricates a tale round him. NoHo Hank calls Fuches "The Raven," a professional Chechen hitman who is sent to take care of somebody who messes with their legal operations.
The tale is flimsy at easiest and his interrogators hardly ever even consider it, however Hank doubles down on The Raven however.
