After 15 complete seasons, Supernatural is coming to an end tonight. Fans have been presented a Supernatural documentary particular, Supernatural: The Long Road Home, which aired at Eight p.m. EST with the intention to heat up for the ultimate episode (or most likely to soften the blow that was once coming). But regardless of how prepared we concept we may well be, we would by no means actually be ready to say goodbye to Supernatural. This means saying goodbye to brothers Sam and Dean. Forever. And that is simply not okay. 

For those that have watched or are recently gazing and have questions, it's probably about Dean. Dean suffers a tragic fate. But sooner than we get into that, we simply need to officially give you spoiler caution. If you haven't watched "Carry On" or don't seem to be ready to know what happens in the episode, then stop studying and are available again later. 

Does Dean die in 'Supernatural'?

Yup, Dean dies in the finale of Supernatural. Dean's loss of life is oddly not very epic. Sam and Dean are just doing their factor, looking a vampire, discovering a nest — you know, same old-same outdated. But then Dean runs right into a nail, and it kills him. "It's always been you and me," Dean tells Sam sooner than he dies. But earlier than Dean dies, he asks Sam to tell him it's OK to let move, which Sam does. Sam lives out the remainder of his grownup lifestyles, has a son named Dean (aw), and then is reunited with Dean in heaven after he dies.

Although it's heartwarming to look Dean and Sam once again reunited once Sam dies, most lovers are beyond pissed that Dean died because of a freakin' nail. Many felt like the writing was sloppy and that the loss of life was lovely unsatisfying given how iconic of a character Dean Winchester is. "ARE YOU TELLING ME DEAN WINCHESTER IS GOING TO DIE LIKE THIS?" one person exclaimed on Twitter. Yup, this is no doubt how Dean dies. We are sorry.

And then there's the complete factor with Cas sacrificing himself for Dean and admitting he liked him, best to have Dean die virtually right away after Cas dies. "cas admitted his love for dean and then killed himself in order to save dean's life and dean rewarded him by dying A WEEK LATER," one individual tweeted. When you set it that method...yeah, that's not cool. 

And what about Eileen? Come on. (We had to make that shaggy dog story.)
